Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. The can calls this an Italian pilsner.
Appearance: pale straw hue with a bit of haze and a thin layer of white foam, despite a rather vigorous pour.
Smell: nicely fruity and with a freshly grassy aroma. Light, sweet, and smooth: I like it.
Taste: lightly grainy aroma, but with some of that ever-so-tropical fruitiness coming through. Bitterness isn't super strong, but it's definitely present. A nice example of the style.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I like this beer a lot; the flavor profile is interesting, and it's super refreshingly drinkable. I'm down!

16oz can, canned about a month and a half ago
Pours three big fingers of soapy white head into my Pilsner glass. Retention is poor and the head mostly fades within a minute. Initial lacing looks nonexistent. Body is straw yellow, crystal clear, with a good amount of nucleating bubbles coming up. Looks poor so far.
Nose is very hoppy and sharp; notes of lemon, grass, and a little spice. This is a souped-up noble aroma. Faint malty sweetness. I don’t love the lemon paired with the already edgy hops Pilsners have, it’s vitamin-c like at times. All in all though, this is aromatic and pretty good.
Very noble up front - bitter, grassy, spicy. Lemon is present underneath all of that, but luckily does not shine as bright as on the nose. Very faint diacetyl, not really an issue, but ever so slightly present. Overall, this packs a punch, you need to be in the mood for a hop assault with little malt backup. It’s abrasive, but I can dig it.
Carbonation is through the roof. Body is light, but not thin. Bitterness is very high, especially towards the end of the palate. Not bone dry, there is a touch of sweetness, but it’s certainly on the dry side. Overall a nice mouthfeel.
Drinkability is fine once you get used to the hops, I can’t complain.
Appearance turned out decent. While the head was soapy, a small portion did last for a while, leaving ok lacing.
Overall a very hoppy Pilsner. Pretty good.
