Our 7th anniversary Double IPA, made with a pilsner and two row base with additions of malted spelt and Golden Naked oats. This beer was mash-hopped with whole leaf Mosaic and then hopped in the whirlpool with Mosaic, Strata, Nelson and Chinook Cryo. Finally, it was dry-hopped with an insane amount of the same combination.
