Engine of Ruin is an IPA brewed with Pilsner, Two-Row, Malted Oats. We hopped this batch with a combination of Idaho 7, Chinook and Comet in the kettle, and ran the wort through our hopback over a bunch of whole leaf Simcoe. We did a hefty dry hop with Idaho 7, Comet, Simcoe and Chinook. This has some awesome sticky, dank hop character in the aroma and flavor. The body is also full, and drinks very easily.
