16oz can
Pours two fingers of fluffy white head into my Pilsner glass. Retention is average and the head fades within a minute or two. Lacing is decent. Body is yellow, crystal clear, with a minimal amount of bubbles coming up. Looks alright.
Nose has some grass, subtle dank notes, very light citrus. Extremely subtle and delicate, but certainly has some complexity for a Pilsner.
Flavor is ok, not a lot of those subtleties coming through though. Mostly just a noble-esque spice. Fine, but certainly underwhelming. For all the credit this hop gets, I'm not sure it's meant to stand on its own, at least in this modest of amounts.
Carbonation is medium-high. Body is light. On the drier side, smallest touch of sweetness. Very light bitterness. Mouthfeel is serviceable.
Drinkability is fine.
Maybe I've been drinking too many lagers recently, but this doesn’t stand out for me.
