English-style barleywine brewed in collaboration with Cellarmaker Brewing, made with two-row and an array of specialty dark malts, and aged in a variety of Kentucky bourbon barrels for 15 months.

Sweet caramel toffee bits, hint of butterscotch, slight hint of dark fruits, and a subtle bourbon barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a beautifully balanced, caramel malty, hint of raisins, and bourbon barrel finish. Yum! The only category that this is lacking is maybe in the mouthfeel department. A little sweeter upfront and a little more viscous on the mouthfeel and this would have fit my palate perfectly! Good stuff!
