Our 9th Anniversary Pilsner uses German Pilsner, with a touch of flaked oats. Hopped generously with Mosaic and Cashmere in the Kettle and Dry Hop and fermented with our favorite lager yeast. Allowed to carbonate naturally, and lagered forever.

Appearance: Pours a crystal clear goldenstraw capped by a two finger head; solid retention with squiggles of lacing
Smell: A lot of sulfur in the aroma here; joined by grassy elements
Taste: The sulfur is dominant in the flavor profile; mixes with but ultimately overwhelms the hoppy, grassy aspect
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: I like a hoppy pilsner but the sulfur is just too much here
