Brewed with pilsner malt, two row, flaked rye, and rice. Hopped heavily with Amarillo, HBC 586, and Citra in the kettle, and loaded with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic in the dry-hop.

I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the Holy Mountain Phinney Ridge taproom in Seattle.
Appearance: light golden hue with a clear body and a finger of eggshell foam leaving a nice lace on the glass.
Smell: kind of a candied grapefruit peel thing going on, with a citrusy and piney aroma that is also quite sweet.
Taste: thick and hoppy WCIPA. Sweet malt with citrusy and slightly tropical fruit notes; there’s bitterness here but also a lot of sweetness to cut through. A good beer, though.
Mouthfeel: medium rich body with a decent carbonation and a good creaminess.
Overall: if sweet and strong WCIPAs are your jam, then this beer will work for you.
