16oz can
Pours a mere finger of white head into my Willi. Retention is average. Lacing is decent. Body is golden, mostly clear, with a healthy nucleation. Looks alright.
Nose definitely leans towards the malty side, it’s pretty bready. Some lemon hiding underneath. Smells good.
Flavor certainly favors the malt - bready, but there is a noticeable nuttiness too, some lemon. It tastes like a light lager, but it’s different.
Body is relatively light. Carbonation is elevated. Bitterness is mild. Not dry, but well-attenuated with little to no sweetness. Slightly grainy, but overall a serviceable mouthfeel.
Drinkability is good.
Overall this is ok.
