Italian-Style Pilsner
La Vipera is brewed with simple base of pilsner malt, and hopped heavily with a Tangier, a new hop we're really excited about grown by the awesome folks out at @segalranches. Tangier was used generously in the kettle and also used as a dry hop during fermentation.
