The brewers started by aging a rich, decadent base in carefully selected bourbon barrels for 24 and 19 months. Then they infused the brew with Coconut, Graham Cracker, and Vanilla for all the flavors of a plush dessert.

Look - Pours a midnight black color with a dark head that disappears very quickly.
Smell - Graham cracker, bourbon, coconut, and vanilla. Very nice!
Taste - Bourbon, graham cracker, coconut, and vanilla. Very good.
Feel - A nice creamy stout. Goes down easy for 14%ABV.
Overall - Overall, a great stout. I was happily surprised by this one, as it is my first beer from Holy Mountain.
