We brewed up a big, hoppy, and hazy one for Phinney’s second year. This hazy IPA is loaded with Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Krush hops. It’s dank, tropical, and super easy to drink.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. No date on the can.
Appearance: medium orange-golden hue with plenty of haze and a thick head of pillowy ivory foam atop.
Smell: a fair dose of sweetness with an earthy, dank, slightly grassy hop aroma. Not bad!
Taste: on the sweet side, though that's typical for the style. Quite earthy and kinda dank with a very sorta raw-hop flavor. It's pretty good, but doesn't quite work as well as in the aroma.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a decent hazy IPA, but it's not entirely to my taste. Like, this is a well-made beer, but I wouldn't order a second.
