look: three finger off white head with very good retention, beer is a dark hazy amber colour, slow moving carbonation.

smell: a tonne of brett, vinegar, white wine, cider, tart sour fruits, cherry, lime, a nice sweetness, caramel, floral, smells quite nice.

taste: this is pretty good, sour but not very, bretty, vinegar, salt, vinous quality to it, white wine, tart fruit, cherry, lemon, lime, earthy, floral, lightly sweet, bit of bitterness on the finish, quite nice.

feel: light bodied, light carbonation, pretty easy drinking, hint of warming alcohol.

overall: a good sour beer, brett is always fun, nice flavours, complex but not too complex, good stuff.
