Part of the flagship range, this Session IPA is pale and hazy in colour, with aromas of tropical and citrus fruit, with a subtle dankness. Notes of pineapple, grapefruit and white grape are evoked through a mix of hops and this finishes with just the slightest bitter kick. Flavoursome and sessionable!.

Copenhagen 6/11 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Drawing of marooned pirate with a bit of flotsam and jetsam looking a bit unhappy about his situation on the can.
Pours hazy, opaque, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick, uneven layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of exotic fruits mingling with tart notes. Peach and pineapple. Tart citrus and gooseberries.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by slightly stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter and a bit watery. Finish is dry.
Refreshing but a bit on the thin and watery side. But then again if you are marooned that might be just what you need.
