From the bottle from their mini fridge because they had a big party and someone drank all the beer..... The beer is a caramel golden color with a nice head. Strong hoppy aroma, citrus fruits, a sweetness of bread. The taste is hop forward with a minor citrus flavor and a hint of the malt sweetness. The beer is smooth and the bitterness lingers a little while on the tongue.

On tap at Rok House Brewing Company in Upland, CA.
Pours a clear orange with a foamy khaki head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of citrus fruit, citrus zest, earth, and caramel aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest and grapefruit juice flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer with decent citrus forward hop characteristics, but there is something lacking in my opinion.
Serving type: on tap.
