The beer is a clear orange with a very thin head that laced the glass. I get a nice mixture of floral and piney hops, citrus, and sweet bread to the nose. The taste is similar nice sweetness to balance the fresh hop taste. There is an underlining of citrus. The beer has a drying affect and coats the mouth.

On tap at Rok House Brewing Company in Upland, CA.
Pours a hazy honey orange with a foamy beige head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. A foamy curtain of lace coats the glass on the drink down. Smell is of citrus fruit, candied citrus zest, and earth aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus fruit, citrus zest, grapefruit juice, and earth flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and dry mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that is drinkable, but fairly boring for the style.
Serving type: on tap.
