Brief notes from a bottle purchased at 100 Beers in Sofia, Bulgaria and tasted in January 2016:
A: Pours a hazy pale copper body and an off-white head, suggesting it's unfiltered. Retention is nice - about 7 minutes. Good coating consistency.
Sm: Pleasant mellow floral hop character. No aggressive bitterness here. Soft pale malts. Seems balanced. Average aromatic pungency.
T: Follows the aroma, with an admittedly simple flavour profile comprised solely of an effective one-two punch of floral hops and soft pale malts. Balanced and pleasant, if lacking in terms of intricacy and depth/diversity of flavour.
Mf: Delightfully soft - one of its key strengths. Smooth, wet, refreshing, perfectly carbonated. This texture complements the taste well - and surpasses it in terms of quality. I love the softness here...was wheat used, or is it all water chemistry?
O: Highly drinkable, this pale ale will satisfy the discerning drinker - especially those itching for something with actual flavour while in the beer wasteland that is Bulgaria. But above average though it is, it fails to make a memorable impression. I'd happily drink it all night at Bulgarian prices, but it won't dazzle.

33 cl bottle, "HD limited". Doesn’t look very appetizing in the glass but smell is very nice. Aroma and taste make me think of white grape juice. Very refreshing with high carbonation. A nice, easy drinking pale ale.
