Had this beer at the Burlington Hearth. Served on tap in a 12oz glass, cool.
A-red brown body, wisp of a butter colored head.
S-spice, apple and light hop.
T-spice, apple cake and a funny asprin aftertaste.
M-light to medium
D-okay but there are alot better out there.

Pours a mild reddish color with nearly no head into my pint glass.
Aroma is full of big, chewy malt with only a hint of residual sweetness upfront.
Chewy, mildly sweet malt greets the tongue. Coats the mouth. Excellent dynamic here.
Mouthfeel is dry with lingering chewy malt and mild sweetness. Very good.
Balanced and highly drinkable. At the time of the year where just about every brewery has a marzen, this seems to stand out a wee bit.

On tap at American Flatbread poured into a 20oz glass.
Pours a nice cloudy dark amber with a small fluffy white head that stays the whole way down. Smell is nice and very malty with a bit of hops.
Taste is awesome! Nice and toasty malt with a good amount of bitterness to back it up. Not too sweet but nice and complex, very drinkable, one of my favorite of the style.

2010 batch poured into a pint glass.
Pours a hazy deep amber with a very small thin light brown head. Nose is a bit toned down this year but still malty, a bit smoky which is nice.
Taste is great as always, it's got thy very nice malty biscuit flavor that I love, a bit more of a hop bite this year which is good. Carbonation is high and makes it a bit more refreshing. Mouthfeel is full and creamy. Just as good as last year!
