Served on tap at Oliver Twist's in Stockholm Sweden
Very slow pour, but it produces a two-finger head or frothy white foam. It forms streaks for lace (and some spots). The color is orange-amber with a bit of haze to the liquid.
Smells sweet like strawberries with a touch of alcohol. Modest floral hop in the background.
Rich bodied with a creamy feel as well as taste. The finish is refreshing with a bit of grapefruit (hop) to the flavor. Notable alcohol warmth. For the style, the aftertaste is short, but still bitter. The body is chewy with enough carbonation to balance it off.
Overall, this is a flavorful but different DIPA. If you have a chance to order this, go for it.
