Copenhagen 26/12 2025. 44 cl can from Øltanken web-shop. Very dark can with a very dark cat.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a more prominent scent of zesty citrus fruit. Sweet peach and apricot. Hint of mango. Grapefruit and lemon. A little sharp.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a sightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry,
Mighty nice black cat.

Pours a hazy light orange with fine, soapy head.
Smell is crisp and fruity with notes of mango, peach, citrus and some grass.
Taste is fruity, crisp and a bit juicy. Notes of grass, peach, citrus, grapes and unripe mango with a perfumey hint. Soft bitterness and very refreshing.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very well made, easy to drink NE IPA.
