Copenhagen 29/6 2025. 33 cl can from Systembolaget, Emporia, Hyllie. Gulls sweeping the ocean under a purple sea.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 cm layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruits mingling within distinct citric scent. Sweet peach and a whiff of mango. Passion fruit. Citrus and lemon.
Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, a little viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine and well-balanced NEIPA.

Pours a hazy orange with fine, low head.
Smell is jicy and sweet with notes of mango, pineapple, vanilla and orange peel.
Taste is juicy and a bit sweet, tons of flavor with notes of mango, pineapple, orange peel and a hint of vanilla. Soft bitterness and a slightly grassy finish.
Moutfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, an excellent NE IPA, loads of flavor, but greatly balanced.
