Copenhagen 12/2 2025. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. A golden sphere surrounded by the name and place of the brewery on the off-white can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with tart and sour Citrus fruit.s Apricots and Pineapple. Grapefruit and Lemon. Zesty.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is quite intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and tart. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Solid and a bit sharp.
