these guys seem to be making some pretty serious beers, this is no.2 for me, i had heard about them for the first time ages ago but they’re stuff only seem to be getting into my bottle shop now. this is really cool west coast dipa, the totally unique peppery, floral, herbal notes make it, there is a nice mellow presence, mango and orange and bitter grapefruit, a little bit of brown bread malt, caramel, biscuit, there’s an earthiness to it, medium to high bitterness on the finish, medium bodied with light to medium carbonation, if it was just a little bit more full it would really be great, but there aren’t many dipa’s like this, which isn’t something you usually say about dipa’s…
