Copenhagen 6/7 2025. 33 cl Can from Systembolaget, Emporia, Hyllie. Light blue can with a little seagull standing on top of the head of a huge seagull.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe tropical fruits mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Peaches and pineapple. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly viscous, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Fine Double Gull.
