Tap hit at Bear’s House in Toulouse, France. Little short on the foam, but that means a full glass of yellowy, hazy boi US-style NEIPA.
Nose is a hop bomb. Lovely.,
Good tasting brew; Golden Promise base with oats. Intensely dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot and YCH 301 Cryo Mosaic. Tropical fruits crazy. Way low bitterness. Burps good.
Mouth is medium, medium carbonation.
Overall, hope this one sticks around. Goid stuff. Hollering out for an Imperial version!
