Pours an opaque orange with soft head.
Smell is juicy and peppery with notes of gooseberries, grapes, white wine, citrus, pineapple and rye. Fantastic nose.
Taste is intense, juicy and peppery. Notes of rye, gooseberries, grapes, white wine, citrus and melon. Spicy with a soft but distinct bitterness and a hint of booze on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, chewy, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overll, a superb DIPA and excellent Nelson showcase. World class, which Stigbergets can be whenever they want.
