Pours a clear yellow with soft, soapy head.
Smell is clean, crisp and crackery. Notes of knäckebröd, rye and citrus with some herbal hints.
Taste is clean, crisp, crackery and snappy. Notes of knäckebröd, rye, citrus and citrus peel with a solid bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific pilsner, easy to drink but full of flavor.
