Pours a clear yellow with thick, soapy head.
Smell is crackery and crisp with some corn sweetness. Notes of knäckebröd, rye and citrus. Quite clean.
Taste is crackery and crisp with a moderate bitterness. Notes of knäckebröd, rye, citrus and some sweet corn hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, clean and drinkable Helles.
