Pours a clear yellow with soft head.
Smell is crackery, crisp and slightly herbal. Notes of citrus, toast, wheat dough and knäckebröd.
Taste is crackery and crisp with some buttery and herbal hints. Notes of citrus, knäckebröd and toast with some floral hints and a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very drinkable, well made lager.
