Copenhagen 10/2 2025. 44 cl can from A Good Case Web-shop. The can is designed exactly like the Neil Young LP Harvest.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable- Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a tart citric scent. Sweet Peach and apricot. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly this, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed a slightly stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart streak. Lingers for a bit, Finish is dry.
Quite fresh and dry.
