Pours a clear yellow with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is bready, clean and crisp with notes of knäckebröd, wheat, citrus and toast with some spicy hints.
Taste is bready, spicy and a bit sweet. Moderate bitterness and notes of knäckebröd, citrus, toast and honey. Rich and flavorful.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific lager, Stigbergets are getting damn good at these.
