Pours a dark reddish brown with fluffy tan head.
Smell is malty and roasted with notes of brown bread, caramel, rye and dried fruit.
Taste is malty, roasted and slightly smoked and mineral. Notes of brown bread, rye, cured meat and caramel with a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a really nice Dunkel, with an interesting smokey hint.
