Copenhagen 22/8 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Blue can with a cute but clumsy drawing of a pelican.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stble. Settles as a thin layer of foam unable of covering the surface of he beer. Moderate lacing-
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, fermented odor of overripe stone fruits mingling with a more subtle scent og citrus fruit. Mango and bruised peach. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, lightly tingling, texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little rough. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Potent and fermented DIPA.
