Collaboration with Living Häus Beer Company.
Whilst Living Haus may be relatively new to the brewing world, they come with a lot of impressive brewing background. Known for their incredibly easy drinking pilsners and masterfully crafted West Coast IPAs, In our opinion Living Haus can do no wrong! For this beer we decided to let the West Coast IPA Master Take the Wheel and teach us over here in Europe how the Pros handle a West Coast IPA. Chinook, Chinook CGX, Cascade, Cascade CGX and Citra layered over a simple base of Pale ale and a sprinkle of Munich malt and you’ve got an All American West Coast IPA. Dank, Pungent, resinous with orange marmalade and pine needles stinging the nose, this beer brings back nostalgia in a hazy world.
Munich and extra pale Malt gives a simple but sturdy base for the Old classic C-hops to shine. Cascade, Chinook and Citra once was a favourite combo but has been somewhat forgotten about in this time. Bitter, clean, crisp with marmalade, pine needles and resin taking over the aroma.

Copenhagen 1/3 2025. 44 cl can from A Good Use web-shop. Dark can with a cracked red vase with yellow flowers.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a citric and a little rough bitter scent. Sweet pale malts and caramel. Fermented Peach and Mango. Grapefruit and sour grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, tingling and a bit lively texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter Wirth a grainy rough streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A rough and bitter Mothers Day Present.
