MARCH 2025.
44 cl can (5€ from the pub fridge).
On the bottom: "Best before: 10/14/2025".
Poured it releases aromas of tropical and summer fruit, with notes of ripe citrus.
Rather opaque in appearance, but not in a "dense" way (less than I remembered from past drinks), it makes a good foam that is quite compact to the eye and soft to the drink.
Medium-bodied beer, with perceptible malt notes. Carbonation slightly understated.
In the mouth you find initial notes that recall passion fruit, mango, yellow melon, pineapple and final notes of ripe citrus and pink grapefruit.
Dry finish, but with a bitterness kept VERY under control, leaving no apparent trace on the tongue, while on the palate the notes of tropical fruit salad and ripe oranges remain
