Pours a fairly clear light amber with fine, soapy head.
Smell is fruity with notes of pine, grapefruit, black tea and peach with hints of caramel and lemongrass.
Taste is fruity and slightly dank with notes of pine, grapefruit, melon, gooseberries and caramel with some grassy hints and a solid bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific modern west coast collaboration between two great breweries.

Copenhagen 14/9 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. A swedish elk and an american bear standing with tools around an anvil on the off-white can.
Pours slightly unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with citric fumes. Sweet caramel, peach and apricots. Grapefruit and lemon. Dry vibe.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and overpowered by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit brutal. Lingering. Finish is bone-dry.
Delicious collaboration between a grumpy brown bear and a industrious elk.
