Low, very very low fill growler, shame, especially a Brett beer as Brett loves to eat the shit out of oxygen and destroy everything else about the beer, which it clearly does in this beer.
Light fizzy head, mostly clear blond light pale color.
Nose is loaded with acetone paint thinner, glue, just terrible awfulness.
Taste horrible, one of the worst things I've ever put in my mouth. Weird can't even describe how horrible this is, I literally can't even take another sip. Horrendous! All chemical acid, cleaner, glue, acetone, lemon pledge, just so so so so sad pants.
Mouth was slimy and disgusting, no carbonation, just awful.
That's it, I'm done.
Word to 3 Cross, aside from the thought that you're screwing your customers by the less volume on beer in the growler fill (and it's illegal in MA since the pour amount is labelled at 750ml and it's probably closer to 650ml filled), but you are also horribly oxidizing a beer. Best case with the oxidation you lose hop freshness and get a mild stale flavor, worst case you get something like this where the Brett just sucks in all the oxygen and turns it into chemicals and bowel disintegrating fail. I know this from experience as well, my first bad attempt with Brett turned into a beer similar to this, and it was 5gal down the drain. Please pay more attention to the growler fills as it will make or break your business.

Enjoyed at the brewery
A - Poured a nice crystal clear soft yellow hue with a nice smaller white head that faded to leave a thin cloud and sticky lacing.
S - Aromas of light blonde notes, light yeast, faint malts, light brett, lemons, subtle funk and apple skins. Nice and straight forward.
T - Taste is loads more funk than the nose, huge brett notes just buckets of brett. Green apple skins, lemon flesh, light typical blonde notes, faint malts, good tartness, almost stone fruit pit like with some faint creaminess.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, soft, light, a hair creamy, alcohol masked nicely.
O - Overall this was a tasty beer with the brett notes simply being huge here. Loads of tart funk, real pleasant.
Serving Type: On Tap
Edit: Shared this with JLindros as a growler and holy cow was this beer horrific. Polar opposite of what was on at the brewery. Odd. Dropping the overall down due to inconsistencies.
