Growler UNDER filled, thanks to rudzud for sharing.
Light fizzy head, little lacing, hazy orange reddish color.
Nose very muted, faint grassy herbal notes, little grapefruit and mild citrus fruity, touch of grainy sweet reddish malt.
Taste starts sweet, toasty reddish malt, little grainy, then into fruity hops, very mild bitterness, grassy fruity bubblegum note, and touch of peach and grapefruit pith. Mild gassy pine, herbal note, almost apple like, and touch of oil resin. Finish drier but little sticky, mild fruity and grassy.
Mouth is med bod, lighter but decent carb.
Overall meh. So muted and seems like it's lost it's edge. Nothing like the beer Rudzud had on tap at the brewery as he claims. Maybe due to poor growler fill.

Enjoyed at the brewery
A - Poured a hazy golden hue with a thin head that faded rather quickly to leave a light thin halo and faint cloud. The haze is mostly chill based though.
S - Aromas of fainter malts, light citrus, faint pine. Hops are rather subtle on the nose...pleasant but subtle.
T - Taste is pretty fun, nice light malty sweetness, almost candy citrus, pine is more restrained but I definitely get plum notes. Really neat and unique and is a great balance. Alcohol hidden quite nicely.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, light, crisp, alcohol hidden well.
O - Overall this beer, while a bit timid, was really fun on the pallet. The plum aspects are neat and lend a different note to the beer. Really, really wish the nose was more aggressive as with the flavour profile that would really be something. Unique and adventurous...cool!
