Enjoyed at the brewery.

A - Poured a slightly hazy golden hue with a thin head that fades to leave thin wisps

S - Aromas of super funky light lemons, apple skin, little bit of oxygen. Faint almost solvent aroma

T - Taste is similar to the nose, light lemons, good strong funk, loads of brett, though not that assertive. Light tannins, light grassy notes, apple skins. Some more off notes, gotta agree, like over oxygenated brett.

M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, decent body, easy drinking.

O - Overall this beer was a bit of a let down, more of that off brett characteristics. Really odd, nice apple notes though.

Had on tap at the brewery yesterday.
Very small head, hazy blond color,

Nose Brett funk and sour but too much oxygen again and weird chemical note, little apple skin and Brett funk in the background fruity.

Taste sour with little chemical note, more mild apple skin and cleaner like note, weird bitterness, tannic, bit fruity but bit solventy too, and mild phenols. Finish lingers with a big grassy lemony bitterness, mild lemon pledge, solventy note, more apple skin, granny Smith apple.

Mouth is med bod, lighter but decent carb.

Overall meh, too much oxygen for the Brett and solventy lemon pledge cleaner notes, grassy lemony hops, but Brett is just bad.Perhaps it is the strain as I had never heard of this one before, but seems very consistent with an overly oxegenated and rushed Brett beer.
