OK, so from the beginning I thought it was strange that he expected to do a wild/Brett beer every week. That would be almost impossible... if you did them right that is. He mentioned that it's possible with his specific Brett strain, but I have yet to see a solid one that has been given enough time to really shine I think.
No real head, clear golden color.
Nose is light but decent, nice mild sour funk, hint lemony funk, faint touch of barnyard in the background, mild straw malts.
Taste is decent as well, mellow with mild funk, a little earthy funk but not really barnyard or cheesy, mild sourness, little sticky malt, I can see that hint of strawberry like he calls it, but more like unripened earthy strawberry, and strawberry seed in the background. Finish sticky, no real acidity, hint sour funk.
Mouth is on the lighter side, little sticky sweet, lighter carb.
Overall it seems like a nice base beer, but the Brett doesn't seem to have been given the time and attention it needed to really bring the great flavors it needed. It's still a decent beer, and the Brett does add some nice characters, but I feel it could have been better.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
