Enjoyed at the Grand reopening.
A - Poured a nice crystal clear golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light lacing and thin wisps.
S - Big aromas of sweet corn, light grains, flashes of sweet malts. Good grains and pilsner malts but as it warms it gets even more sweet.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with decent floral and grassy notes, isn't overly crisp. Finish is lingering sweetness that almost borders on cloy as it warms.
O - Overall this was a solid enough pilsner albeit rather sweet. More American style than German.
Serving Type: on tap
