Slightly hazy amber color. Aroma is sweetish with pumpkin but also cola notes and light spices. Taste follows really balanced, malty, slightly spicy, light earthy bitterness on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Overall a really balanced and easy drinking pumpkin ale.

First off, it's amazing to be able to get a pumpkin ale in Estonia... And the fact that it's an Estonian pumpkin ale, and a very good one at that, makes it 10 times better. I've been a fan of pumpkin beers for over a decade now after the first ones came out in California over Halloween and Thanksgiving ("pumpkin season").
This particular p.a. is one of the best I've had in a while. Good caramel flavour, strong pumpkin and actually a discernible nutmeg and clove flavour. Very good job indeed - thanks Pohjala Beer!!

33cl bottle. Dark ruby pour, clean and with a minimum amount of head. Smells like caramel, generic hops and some faint sour notes. Tastes sweet and prefumey, with notes of rose jam, mandarin and honey. An interesting beer, unlike any I have had before.
