Pours a fairy clear yellowish orange with some fine foam.
Smell is like tart Trocadero (soda with orange and apple flavor). Hints of lemon and some youghurt.
Taste is very mild and mildly tart with notes of filmjölk and citrus. Very refreshing and palate cleansing.
Mouthfeel is thin, well carbonated.
Overall, a very mild and refreshing Berliner.

Hazy golden with fizzy white head and sediment.
Smell - excellent wheat and lemony aroma, crisp and appropriate.
Taste - sour, lemon, gooseberry.
Light body, dry, decent carbonation.
Weisse as it has to be.

Slightly hazy straw color with foamy white head. Aroma has a bright, lemony tartness but also a hint of sweet lemonade. Taste follows with a clean tartness and lime flavor. Light body, crisp carbonation. Overall it's a really well made, classic berliner.
