Slightly hazy golden color with white head. Aroma has intense lactic tartness, quince and citrus fruits. Taste starts sour and lactic up-front, quite intense and puckering with sour fruit notes. Medium body but with a really dry feel and medium to low carbonation. Overall it's a good berliner but a bit one noted.
