Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of sweet malt notes with nice PX notes with some woody notes is quite enticing. Taste is a mix of light caramel with some dry fruits, PX notes with a woody finish with some residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Very enjoyable experiment.
