Copenhagen 13/8 2019. 33 cl bottle from Mikkeller Web-shop. Strange and exotic landscape in foil on the label.
Pours unclear orange with a big white head. Fairly stable. Settles as 3 cm thick layer of fluffy foam. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense - probably dampened by the massive amount of foam. Fruity tart and with a more subdued sweetness. Sweet Peach and Papaya. Tart, sour gooseberries. bitter Grape fruit.
Medium carbonation. Soft, creamy, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong, citric sourness. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
More Sour than Wild. And a pleasant mix of tart, fruity things.
