Copenhagen 26/10 2019. 33 cl bottle from Mikkeller Web-shop. The label consists of very thin lines making a pattern in different colors.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fresh with a malty sweetness and fruity overtones. Moderate malty sweetness, fresh grass, citrus and lemon. A little sharp.
Medium carbonation. Thin, watery tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Fine and solid Pilsener with a moderate bitterness.
