5/16/24 at Apothecary on tap. Super excited to get a beer from Estonia!
Fruity on the nose, sour currents.
Flavor is fruit forward, definitely get the lactose. Bright in the mouth and slightly drawing, saline. Refreshing.

12oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of black currants, salt, lemon and some subtle caramel notes. Sweet berry taste with hints of lemon, sea salt and caramel.

AUGUST 2023. Berliner Weisse with added blackcurrant and lactose (5.5%) . In addition to wheat, there is also a percentage of oat flakes.33 cl can (€5 at the beer shop), on the label all the necessary information (date of production, recommended consumption and batch).
Berries on the nose (raspberry, blackberry).
Poured is red, dark orange.
Non-existent foam.
In the mouth light and flat body that slips away.
Full taste of blackcurrant, which always brings to mind a taste of forest fruits and berries and tends towards sweet.
Non-trivial sour note that is felt just before the finish causing a slight astringency that cleanses the tongue of the full, almost "marmalade" taste of the currant.
Notes of currant echo on the palate, while the tongue is cleansed without that feeling of dehydration that is sometimes given by a slightly too accentuated note of lactic acid.
Thirst-quenching beer, easy to drink and also satisfying: good balance despite a more lively carbonation would have helped (I found it rather flat).
Product of remarkable quality/price ratio.

Pours a murky burgundy color with almost no foam. A lot of sediments in the beer.
Aroma is sour of blackcurrants.
Taste is sour with salty notes allong with the notes of wild berries.
Smooth and prickly mouthfeel with a medium body and a prickly carbonation.
Works quite fine on a hot day.
