330ml bottle from Homebrewstuff. Inky black pour, a few fine bubbles ring the glass. A hint of orange rind hits the nose first, then equal parts roast malts and dark chocolate. Taste is light roast bitterness, orange rind and semi-sweet chocolate. Creamy feel, notes of orange pith linger.

A fun one to try, didn't quite hit the spot for me but interesting overall. Pitch-black pour from a 12oz bottle leaves almost no head lacing as it fizzles away. Following the strong roasted malt character, dark chocolate and orange dominate the nose, and not always harmoniously. More of the same on the palate, zesty and zippy with lots of porter characteristics, roasty and dark fruity, blending with dark chocolate and citrus zest, slightly oily. Medium bodied, with a viscous mouthfeel.

Pours night black with a small, mohagony colored head, which vanishes immediately after pouring.
Smells of hazelnut forward ground coffee with a matured orange peel note to it among meaty campfire and bakers chocolate.
Has a creamy mouthfeel with a well nuanced, late effervescence, making this complex and refreshing at the same time.
Tastes of creamy, rock sugar sprinkled espresso beans, balanced by rustic earth, a note of caramel and red currants. A lighter tartness gets established in this by well balanced oranges, adding just a fruity sweet- and sourness, which easily blends into the malt foundation of the beer. Finishes sweet with spicy molasses, warming caramel and a good amount of sweet chocolate.
Solid, with just a very faint addition of the oranges.

Look & smell deceiving on this one - pours a velvety brown/black and has a roasty complex nose with a citrusy bite. But yikes on the taste and feel- overpowering sickly sweet orange/syrupy feel ruins this one for me.

Pours a pitch-black coloration with a small, fluffy head. Smells of roasted, caramel malt, chocolate and orange zest, with the aromas not standing out particularly though. Taste is an excellent balance of roasted, caramel malt, chocolate and orange zest, with hints of licorice, tobacco and rye spice also coming through. Finishes bittersweet, with a medium bitterness and some chocolate and orange zest lingering in the aftertaste. Full mouthfeel with a medium/rich body and light/medium carbonation.
While this is rather dominated by its adjuncts, with the orange zest standing out particularly here, there's still an excellent balance going on overall, with the zestiness being balanced nicely by rich caramel, slightly roasted malts and the chocolate, as well as hints of more savory notes and sweetness. It may not be all that complex, but is rather well-balanced, with an interesting, rather zesty flavor profile, as well as quite rich and full body and mouthfeel. Overall, this makes for a really interesting Porter that is a little different, but works rather well in its own right.

Look: Lovely black amber.
Smell: Apple cider vinegar smells along with black olives.
Taste: A continuous burnt taste, with orange aftertaste. Pleasant acidity.
Feel: A very nice heavy feel to it but is smooth going down.
