Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color porter with a dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of nice black chocolate malt notes with some faint bitter roasted malt notes. Taste is also dominated by rich black chocolate notes with some faint bitter roasted malt and smooth finish. Body is full with a nice creamy texture and good carbonation with no apparent alcohol. Welle executed baltic porter with wood aged notes somewhat discreet.

I like to try new things; I have not heard of Baltic Porter Day or this brewery. Using a belcher glass, I served the beer at around 50 degrees. A light one-fingered tan head was created from the pour. The head retention was above average, and the slow dissipation left no lacing on the glass. Charting the color somewhere near SRM 26, dark brown, nearly black with rusty brown hues. The appearance is average for this style.
Nosing the glass, I smell anise, dark roasted coffee, dark chocolate, woody, dark roasted malts, a slight floral, and some earthiness.
The flavors I taste are anise, dark roasted coffee, dark milk chocolate, woodiness, earthiness, herbal, molasses, caramel, and toasted bread crust.
The mouthfeel is chewy and sticky. The body is a medium plus, has light carbonation, and the finish is sweet and lingers.
I was not expecting this. The beer is a solid Baltic Porter. The beer was nearly flat; it added some unpleasantness to the drinking experience.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Con queso Pok. Estudiando y jugando a Fortnite. Sensación ligera en boca y perfil dulce, con bastante presencia de frutas oscuras, regaliz y algo de chocolate. Se bebe con suma facilidad a pesar de su abv, resultando ligera pero no aguada.
