Copenhagen 27/2 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled torv, Kbh. Ø. Cold tiles and yellow rubber gloves on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a midsized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet, odor of stone fruit mingling with a subdued scent of citrus. Sweet maltiness lurking in the background. Peach and apricot. Lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a more moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter edge. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid if a bit sweetish - but with a fine bitter edge in the finish.

Served in a snifter glass from the can.
Appearance: Yellow hazy body with a white head rising half a fingers length.
Smell: Grass aroma which feels like lemon skin.
Taste: Malty light bitterness but very smooth like.
Mouth: Bread feel with finish of lighter malt and citrus skin. Soft carbonation with a semi sticky body.
Overall: Nice grab/gift from a very good friend. Always in a glass and perfect brew for an introduction to IPAs.
